After you place your order you will receive a confidential TKTCLUB account number via e-mail and/or by phone (this may take a few hours) and there are no cancellations. Please keep your account number confidential to avoid any unauthorized charges. The Kind Tickets will not be responsible for any charges made with your account number. Please contact The Kind Tickets if your account number is misplaced or stolen.

Please note that this application will not be processed until we have a copy of your credit card that you will be associating with this TKTCLUB account as well as a copy of your drivers license as this is to prevent fraud.

All information that you provide us will be kept confidential and will only be used in office.

When purchasing tickets as a TKTCLUB member all terms and conditions adherent to this website will apply with the exception/s of any changes regarding TKTCLUB members.

Your credit card will be charged $99.00 by The Kind Tickets which will be reflected on you credit card billing statement.

Please note that there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations.

Also note that when purchasing tickets as a TKTclub member there are no refunds, cancellations or exchanges.

If an event you purchased tickets for as a TKTclub member is cancelled you will be given a full refund for the price you paid for the tickets minus any shipping charges.

If an event you purchased tickets for as a TKTclub member is postponed the tickets will be honored on the new event date and there will be no refunds, cancellations or exchanges.
