Once I click submit, are the tickets I ordered reserved for me?
· Internet sales are not in real time; all tickets are subject
to availability.
· Ticket availability is not guaranteed until we contact you to confirm
your order. The first email you receive after placing your order only
confirms your order, not that the tickets are available. We will contact
you via phone and/or email to confirm availability of your tickets. The
Kind Tickets is not responsible for emails not received.
· We will contact you if the tickets you ordered are no longer available
or if we are unable to fill the order as you requested.
· Orders received with invalid credit card numbers, declined credit
cards, or billing addresses given that do not match the billing address
of the cardholder will not be processed until we have spoken with you to
resolve the issue; therefore, ticket availability is subject to change.
Any discrepancies will jeopardize the availability of the original
tickets you ordered.
· All prices are guaranteed at the prices shown at the time of your
transaction.
· Under certain circumstances at our discretion, 800buytickets.com may
agree to cancel an order for an applicable restocking fee (amount to be
determined per circumstance). Please allow a ten (10) day grace period from date of purchase for
charges or credits to post to your account. The Kind Tickets is not
responsible for fees and/or penalties imposed by any financial
institution while an order is being verified.
What is the billing address of my credit card?
· The billing address is the mailing address where you receive your
credit card bills. Include all information (ie: your first and last
name, apartment #, room, suite, floor, etc.). If you receive your bill
at a P.O. Box, you will need to complete a credit card authorization
form to have the tickets shipped to a physical street address. We
suggest calling us and completing the order over the phone.
· Please be sure to include the exact billing address for your credit
card to avoid any delays in processing your order. Any discrepancies
will jeopardize the availability of the original tickets you ordered.
· Tickets must be shipped to your billing address. If you would like
your tickets shipped to a different address from your billing address (ie:
to your work address), you must complete a credit card authorization
form. We suggest calling us and completing the order over the phone.
· We may offer you alternate seats if the original seats you requested
are not available. You are not obligated to purchase the alternate seats
if so desired.
· We reserve the right to upgrade your tickets for the same price.
· The Kind Tickets reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at
our discretion.
Shipping Information
· All deliveries require a signature. No packages will be delivered
without a signature under any circumstance.
· If tickets are in stock, they normally are shipped out within 24
hours.
· Not all tickets are shipped out the day you place your order. Many
tickets have just recently gone on sale and are not printed yet. These
tickets normally are printed 2-6 weeks before the event and are shipped
out as soon as they are printed.
· If tickets are not in stock, not printed yet, or shipment is delayed
for any reason, we will notify you of the approximate shipping date.
· The shipping method you choose will be used when the tickets are in
stock and ready to ship. (for example, if you choose 2-day FedEx for
$10, the tickets are shipped out the day they are available and you
should receive them 2 days later)
· The FedEx shipping method you choose will be kept to the service you
selected at the time of your order.
When you place your order (what time during the day)
· Ticket orders placed or received after 3pm Pacific Time/6pm Eastern
Time may not be processed until the next business day.
· Tickets cannot be held overnight.
· Business days are Monday-Friday; orders may not be completed over the
weekend. An order received on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed
until the next business day, usually the following Monday.
How is my order confirmed?
· You will be notified by telephone or email once your order is
confirmed.
· The first email you receive after placing your order only confirms
your order, not that the tickets are available.
· We will contact you via phone and/or email to confirm availability of
your tickets.
· The Kind Tickets is not responsible for emails not received.
· If there is a discrepancy with your order, we need to hear back from
you before we can continue with your order. We suggest calling us as
sometimes emails are not received in a timely manner. Any discrepancies
will jeopardize the availability of the original tickets you ordered.
· Orders placed after 3pm Pacific Time/6pm Eastern Time Monday through
Friday or weekends/holidays may not be processed until the next business
day.
What if my tickets are for an event where tickets are not out yet?
· In many instances, tickets for events (such as Super Bowl, Final Four,
Masters, etc.) are not released until just before the event date,
sometimes the day before or the day of the event.
· The Kind Tickets will take advance secure orders which guarantees your
tickets and the price(s).
· Deposits are due in full at the time an order is placed to guarantee
your tickets. The deposit amount varies per event, but in most cases the
deposit is 100% of the total order.
· Upon receipt of the deposit, the order is guaranteed and so is the
price of the tickets.
Am I Buying Tickets for Face Value?
· No. Due to the cost of securing premium or 'hard to get' tickets along
with our service provided in finding these tickets for you, all tickets
are sold at or above the original face value.
· The service charge varies with each ticket and depends on various
factors including seat quality, supply and demand, and our cost of
acquiring premium tickets.
· All tickets are side-by-side/together unless otherwise noted as being
piggyback, single seats, etc.
· All prices are guaranteed at the prices shown at the time of your
transaction.
· All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.
Cancelled or Postponed Events
· The Kind Tickets will make every effort to notify you of any
postponements or changes in event dates, but please be sure to call the
event's venue to confirm the date and time of your specific event.
· The Kind Tickets is not responsible for event date or time changes.
· Perils of, but not limited to, acts of terrorism, war, acts of God
(including earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, tornados, etc), local
disputes, civil commotion, hazards incident to a state of war, local or
national weather conditions, strikes or anticipated strikes are out of
our control. If the event you purchased tickets for is postponed, no
refunds or cancellations can be issued as your tickets will be honored
at the new event date/time. If the event you purchased tickets for is
cancelled, a full refund will be issued minus any shipping costs. |
